While the actual application of this product is out of the control of Trident, it is recommended that the application guidelines be followed completely and accurately. Trident’s liability for any damage shall not exceed the purchase price of the product used, and it shall have no liability for consequential, incidental or punitive damages.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a www.tridentprotects.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Trident reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Trident reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Trident shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. All payments shall be made in US dollars. Prices may change without notice.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then ie effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
