Hurricane CAT 5 is a breathable water-based, two-part urethane product that won’t trap moisture or naturally occurring efflorescence. Hurricane CAT 5 will improve surface durability, freeze-thaw resistance and protect against chemicals, water, UV rays and general wear and tear which can make maintenance easier.  Hurricane CAT 5 contains Fungal Guard to help discourage the growth of mold, moss and algae on the sealer film, making it ideal for patios, walkways, driveways and areas prone to these offenders.
